Introduction
- The department develops and cultivates students’ core professional competencies based on three key characteristics: “practice-oriented,” “career-oriented,” and “diversity-oriented.” The design and planning of the curriculum emphasize hands-on practice and practical application.
- The department maintains close collaboration with industries related to students’ future careers by inviting senior executives from the financial sector to deliver lectures and serve as instructors. Students are also arranged to participate in industry internships to strengthen their professional skills and practical experience, thereby achieving the integration of theory and practice and facilitating successful employment.
